Can anyone do a little description for all GEARS that you don't automatically get or can choose not to get (or if you're really bored/helpful every other GEAR as well), as a guide to help them decide if they're worth getting? I'm not sure about all of them, but I know Zeeyown, Wiveather, Amorsyth, Fraghion, and Phalarinx are on this list. Not sure if more are.
Information that would be really helpful would be
-movement type (walking, hovering, flying)
-skills gotten and when (in a general sense)
-attack type (ranged? melee? usable after moving?)
-how useful they are
An example description for Rhimstol (if it were on the list) might be:
Rhimstol is a fast flier who excels in dodging. She gets Elude early on and has Elude3 around the time Kradion gets Altered gears. She gets the traditional pulser attack and a melee attack, neither of which are very powerful. However, at 105 will, she gets Tornado Vortex which is quite powerful. Her true strength lies in the rapid increase of will, easily getting up to 150 if you use her on the front lines and on terrain she can dodge in (mountain, forest, wood). Her maximum attack range (after moving) is 3, but this is little concern because she can fly and has high movement. She is very fragile early game before getting more levels in elude, and will likely die in one or two shots against bosses even with 150+ will. Late in the game, her damage output is relatively low considering she doesn't get very many levels in str and full force. Still, she can handle the generic GEARs and is useful as a secondary healer who can actually keep up with the crew and handle herself in combat unlike Yudenthile. One sentence summary: fast, elusive frontline scout who takes on a healer role later on in the game.
